Event Guidelines:

Please read the following event guidelines carefully and agree to the terms:

1. All vendors to supply their own table/chairs/gazebos
2. All food and craft vendors to submit a copy of their COA.
3. All stalls requiring power to provide their own power source
4. All vendors must arrive and set up their stalls at least 1 hour before the event starts.
5. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of trash properly.
6. Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
7. Cancellation of participation must be communicated at least 14days before the event.
8. Payment for stall booking is required upon approval of the application.
9. We are no pet friendly, please leave your furry friends at home.
