RULES - The event is governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules Of Sailing.
SAILING INSTRUCTION - The sailing instructions will be posted on the Whatsapp Group no later than Friday 09th May 2025
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY - The regatta is open to all sailing boats. Eligible boats may enter by registering online before 18h00 on the 9th May 2025
FEES - Free Entry
SCHEDULE - Registration: Online Registration Only before 18h000 on 09/05/23025. Dates of racing: 10/05/2025. The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is: 10:55
6.4 RISK STATEMENT - The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone.” Competitors participate in this event entirely at their own risk. The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury, or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
INSURANCE - Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of R2 500 000 per incident or the equivant.
